Definitely! Security is a top priority for us, and we've built Hard Hat Pro on a solid foundation to protect your website, customers, and payment information. You won’t have to worry about your business information being vulnerable to attacks.
If I sign up to get a custom website how long will it take to go live?
We usually have sites live within 2 weeks after we come out to take photos/videos (if that was included in your package). Price can impact speed: if you can wait a bit we reduce the price, if you need it up ASAP, we work like madmen and increase the price.
What if I get stuck or need help with something?
We completely understand that dealing with tech issues can be challenging, so there's no expectation for you to handle everything on your own.
Our support team is always available to assist.
How much does it cost to send out emails and SMS messages?
The emails and SMS costs depend on how many you send per month, just like most of the marketing software's out there. We don't control the costs, as this is a white label partner software, but we're also not charging anything extra so we don't make any money from you sending emails and SMS.
Emails:
$10 will get you about 14,105 emails, and you're not charged for just having a lot of leads, only when you do actually email them. We recommend you mix value-based emails with promotions and this cost will quickly be earned back from your marketing efforts.
Phone:
$10 will get you about 680 calls, 1123 inbound calls or 1205 messages, which should result in a big return of investment when you market to your leads and customers.
